What is a donation
All payments on this site are voluntary donations to support our activities. A donation is not a purchase of goods or services. Donations are used to purchase and deliver dry food, prior-agreed essential supplies, and the basic costs of delivering support and publishing proof.
Transparency and reporting
Our goal is to publish photos, a delivery confirmation, and a short public report after each delivery. Support is shown in kilograms as the most objective measure. References to "nutrition units" are an approximate calculation derived from kilograms delivered and current food prices.
Nutrition unit definition
We use the term "Nutrition Unit" for reporting. 1 Nutrition Unit ≈ 150g of dry food delivered. Food needs may vary by dog size, health condition, and activity level.
Payment processing
Card payments are processed by ČSOB or GP WebPay. After processing a page will display the payment result.
Refunds and error window
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you made an obvious error — e.g. paid twice or entered the wrong amount — contact us within 24 hours at info@rufusthechurchill.org and we will review each case individually.
Payment disputes
If you believe a payment was unauthorised, contact your bank immediately. You may also write to us to help with verification.
Personal data protection
We aim to collect only the minimum data needed for payment processing, communication, and secure site operation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, or compliance changes. The new version will be published on this page.
